Service Description

Last Saturdays of every month. Our Peer Support Group provides a safe, inclusive space where adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) can come together to share experiences, build connections, and support each other. Through guided discussions and activities, participants are encouraged to express themselves, learn from their peers, and grow in self-confidence. This group is designed to foster a sense of belonging, enhance communication skills, and promote emotional well-being. Led by experienced facilitators, our peer support sessions aim to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges together, celebrating each person's strengths and abilities. Individuals who are eligible - Intellectual Disability (LD/Slow Learners) Developmental Disabilities such as: Downs syndrome Fragile x-syndrome Cerebral Palsy ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorder
